Friday May 2 Day 33 Week 5
I did everything late today. I forgot about the picture, so I pulled up my shirt and got a quick photo of my distended belly. The protein has me feeling a little bloated, constipated, and retaining water. I will need to figure out my fiber and get on track with good gut health.
Last night, I slept a good 8.5 hours which I desperately needed. I am happy to be at day 33 and moving toward a completion of week 5.
Breakfast 3 eggs-1yolk and a piece of toast with CC =250 calories 20g protein
Lunch Tiffany plate 2xchicken sausage (240/24g)veggies (50) cottage cheese (70/10) assume 400/35
Dinner turkey meat, 1/2 cheese, dug out roll, mayo, hamburger meat, 2 eggs= 600 calories/52g
about 1400 calories it always seems too low.
I have been dealing with a ton of anxiety about Tucker. Last night it was reported that Tucker had terrible blisters on his feet that make it difficult to play lacrosse after about an hour. Well let's figure it out. What about the trainer? Well Tucker likes to complain about things but he does not want to take care of it.
