Deep Core-this was good, just the right length. Then I did some adductor side plank variations and TTAPP basic workout. There is a video on youtube for TTAPP. Maybe try the hit the floor for organs in place.
I am feeling great about losing weight but the weight distribution is horrible.
Up at 5:15 running late because I wanted to be out the door at 5:30. I made coffee and Ezekial with PB/honey. Did 10 min of mobility inside then headed out for the final 5 min before the speed workout on the track. BTW I love my new Topo shoes. They are speedy and light.
6x1min hard/easy got down into the sub 6 range for a few. Followed by 6x30/1min recovery also fast then it was cool down time. I did a mile on the track then grabbed Shadow. Nice workout to start the day. In class my pelvic area seized up and I was in terrible pain. Thank good nes
Breakfast 1 ezek with PB/honey, 3 eggs-1yolk, 1/2 ezek CC/jelly = 450 calories /31g protein Lunch oikos, blueberries, buffalo chicken bites, 1/2 english muffin/cc =360calories /29g protein Dinner burger, 1 piece rye bread, 1/4 avocado, Keto choc mug cake,Dk choc =600calories/38g protein
Total calories 1420 and 100g protein I know I am missing something...
My stomach is hurting tonight. It is bloated and I have not had a good BM. It is time to do something about this. There are a few changes I have made: I have not taken my IM8 for a few days. Getting up early, I forget to take my vitamins. I will get back on track.
