Friday 4/11 Day 12

 The alarm went off at 5:30 but I slept in until 6:15. I really needed it. 

Coffee, IM8 (out of electrolytes)

egg pancakes with blueberries-            250 cal               20g protein

wrap, chicken, avocado, lettuce=            500 cal            35g protein

ezek cc jelly=            175 calories                                  2g protein

Protein powder, yogurt and berries=            250 cal      20g protein

hummus and rice crackers                 100 calories             2g protein 

Hamburger, feta, tom, lettuce, sweet potatoes   400cal       22 protein

calories about 1800   protein 100g

Walked about 8k at school. Walked 3.5 when I got home. My hamstring is feeling pretty good. I have to keep up with the foam roll, lacrosse ball on the TFL, and exercisees. Tomorrow will be cold and rainy. Unfortunately I do not have a running rain coat so it is going to stink but I will do it. The plan is for 5 minute warm up then a mile hard and 5 cool down. I will do that first then finish it off with 4 more miles. Then plan on an easy zone 2 or lunge, run on Sunday.
