Slept in until 5:40. It is a tired Monday. It is a good day to add on Bible study. I found a Fellowship of Christian Athletes devotional to use.
Proverbs 1
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; fools do not like to take instructions or be corrected.
Stay away from sinners who will try to entrap you with their schemes.
The prayer today was to weed out pride. My offenses come from pride. I deserve better, why me? etc
Matthew 7:24-27; Luke 12:13-21; 1 Corinthians 9:24-Do you not know that all the runners in the stadium run to win the race but only one will get the prize. Run to win the race.

snack-meat stick (50 cal/8 protein) can (120 and 28g) tuna, mayo, mustard, celery, an egg, 160 and ezekial bread with chive cream cheese
530 calories and 52 cal
1500 calories and 140 g protein
