Sunday long run day
I woke up at 4:40 and laid in bed for a while trying to get a little extra rest. I slept about 8 hours so that is good; I am sure I need a 10 hour night. Tomorrow is back to school and a day closer to finding out my fate for next year. Despite the possibility of losing my job, I feel calm because I know I have done a good job this year. Yes, I complained about a few things, but I came to work everyday with a plan. I keep playing the numbers in my mind...if this one leaves, and that one moves over there, then I will still have a job. I just have to wait and see. Dave needs Tucker this summer so that helps with keeping his pay consistent. When he is not coaching his salary goes down from $1900->$1500 that is a loss of $800 in a month. Plus, I am not sure if we are going to charge Cannon while we are home for the summer. AND he has Medic school so we want to help him out with that if we can and holding off on rent would help.
Time to get moving.
Plan for May-
Add reading a proverb a day. That takes me 30 days. Set up a routine during the month. I will have Monday run day at Swift River Cross Fit, read a Proverb/day and keep running.
Breakfast 3 eggs, Ezekiel CC/strawberries, 1/2 piece bread with cc/jelly= 350calories /23g protein post run yogurt, granola, honey, berries, toast, meat and avocado, collagen =400 calories/ 35g protein Lunch and snack chocolate, wrap, burrito meat, onion, tom, sour cream = 800 calories/55g protein
Total calories 1600 but I assume I missed some in there so maybe 1800 and 120g protein yogurt before bed add another 300 getting me to about 2100 max. I burned 800 + maintenance=2900 so I was under
