Thursday almost Friday and vacation

 Day 18 

up at 4:30 so I can get my run before school. Boys lacrosse has their first game today after school and I want to be there. Got up, started the coffee, made my LMNT electrolytes, ate my little breakfast, did my dynamic warm-up and headed out the door. The morning was beautiful. Cool and dark. I started with 5 min easy then began 10x30/30 easy for 5 min then 10x30/30 and easy home. Grabbed the dogs for an easy mile before having a shake, more coffee and a shower. I made it to school on time and ate my bacon-egg wrap. 

Breakfast before run-ezek with CC and strawberries plus 1/2 tuscan with CCjelly=230 cal 3g protein      Protein shake and celery mix-                                                                                    125 cal 25g protein      bacon and egg wrap with lettuce                                                                                350 cal 32g protein     lunch chickpea, chicken, salad evoo dressing and coffee                                        400 cal  37g protein    dinner1 slice bread, mayo, CC whipped, deli turkey, bacon piece dk choc               450cal 31g  protein      

Total=1605 calories and 128 g protein 

I feel gross. I have to figure out eating for a morning workout. Probably protein shake and coffee followed by breakfast at school. Next week I can try different things although it might not be 5am.
