Wednesday April 23 day 24 of 75 TIRED

I am dog-tired, weary, exhausted, fatigued, and beat. Last night, I hit the pillow at 7:30 with a splitting headache and an earache that felt like a neurological issue.  In that type of fatigue, I find myself wanting to stay awake, but the only thing that works is to scroll, which wakes me up. Anyway...Shadow was fussing so Tucker got up to take care of him. I slept until about 6:45, delaying the inevitable workouts that were waiting for me. Coffee first. Eat, headphones on, and out the door by 7:45.

Breakfast-3 strips bacon,2 eggs+1white, ezek w/ cc & jelly=     450cal and 40g                                            Workout lift landmine and free weights collagen after                    50cal and 9g                                        11:00 lunch wrap, PB chicken and veggies                                 500 cal and 42g                                           piece chocolate, ezekial w/cc and jelly plus coffee                    175cal  and 5g                                            Baked feta, tom, EVOO and chicken 1/4 avocado                      500 cal and 40g protein 

Total    1675 cal and 136g protein 

That baked feta with tomatoes tasted so good with the chicken and lettuce. It was sort of like a Caesar salad taste. BUT seriously yummy. I need walk a mile tonight so my belly goes down. ugh. I am tired of counting calories, steps etc. Tomorrow is a milestone:1/3 done with the challenge.
