Day 60 Thursday May 29

 I made it 2 months. Two months could also be on day 62 because 31 days equals a month. Anyway...I am happy to have the longest stretch of 75 Hard and getting closer to the end-3 hands away. Right now I am feeling so sick from the frog dissection that I cannot write my food below. Let's just say, I did not eat all of my protein and calories because I was sick to my stomach and could not get rid of the formaldehyde smell. 

Quick summary-eggs, homemade bread, cc, z bar 500 calories/20g protein 

Lunch apple, rice, rice-chicken-avocado but it made me sick    400 calories/25g protein (maybe)

Dinner-coffee, ezek with cc-strawberries and PB (2), protein yogurt  400 calories/30g protein 

Maybe that is correct...anyway that is all I can recall. 

Reading is going well. I am almost done with Blue Zones. My workouts are ok. I need to follow an ultra plan to get ready for the race in MI if I really think that I want to run it.

I do like the speed workouts I am getting from Garmin. I can probably interchange them with the workouts from this plan above. I think I can also put these workouts into my watch. I will give it a try. 

A few areas I need to figure out-5 minutes of running drills. Are these A skip type exercises? Just find something and go with it. 

Strength training specific to running ultra or just gaining strength and stick to it. 

Warm-up-5-8 min mobility, easy jog, running drills, 5x15 sec build up 

Friday-Mobility 5 minutes, easy run 3-4 miles

Saturday Warm up followed by speed workout-5x5 minute tempo with 1 minute recovery cool down

Sunday  10 Minutes: 5 minute easy jogging warm up with 5 minutes of running drills and dynamic stretching. Include 5x50m strides building to Zone 4 effort   run 3k as hard as possible (1.86) hmm not sure if I will do this workout or go LSD for 2 hours. What about church?
