Dead Day 54 Friday
I am exhausted. I have not been sleeping well...I mean I am sleeping through the night and getting about 7-8 hours of consecutive sleep, but I need more. This morning was just an easy 45 minute run which I did in 40' pouring rain. I don't love the warm weather, but this rain is depressing. Today was the last day before a long weekend. I am looking forward to it. Not sure what I will do other than run and workout and relax. I have to figure out the frog dissection. Perhaps doing it with my A block will be like a trial run. We do have an hour and 30.
breakfast 2 eggs, toast with cc 300 calories 17g protein
snack bar 140 calories 7g protein
lunch hamburger with bun and another burger 600 calories and 55g protein
dinner can tuna, mayo, lemon-mustard, 0wrap, toast cc 450 and 35 protein
chicken, protein yogurt 300calories 30g protein
1850 calories and 142 g protein
Plan for the next 20 days...
Try to get 3 walks a week with the weighted vest. Even if it is just one mile of the walk in the morning. I want to see if it helps strengthen my legs. 1 hour 40 in the morning including my 100 KB swings before or after my run. Sunday morning I would like to lift heavy then lift again on Monday to get my 2 lift days done.
