Monday week 6 Day 1 or 36

 Breakfast 3 eggs and a part of a bagel with cream cheese and coffee        300 calories and 22g protein        Lunch Greek yogurt, walnuts, choc granola, berries, an apple                 400 calories /27  g protein            snack chicken wings 6 and red pepper                                                     400 calories and 35g protein          dinner 1 ezek with cc, 1 sausage, cottage cheese and red pepper             350 calories/36g protein 

Total about 1500 calories and 120 g protein 

Really tired this morning. I did not want to wake up even after almost 8 hours of sleep. School went ok. The kids were crazy. I held it together and ate my odds and ends for lunch. Came home ate my odd dinner then walked the dogs for about 45 minutes. I got dressed then finished my sausage and cottage cheese. I headed out at 5 a little nervous about what the run club would be like. It was fine. It always is fine. The place looks great and I think if I were able to do the activities I would join in a minute. Next week I will ask Aimee what she thinks about my surgery/wrist and the ability to do the workouts. 

Day 36 and I still have not created a system that makes me feel like I am in the habit. 

Ready for bed. New day tomorrow and almost half way.
