Wednesday It's all downhill from here day 38

 I was exhausted yesterday (like every other day). Fortunately, I got over 8 hours of sleep before waking up to the 5am alarm. Up, coffee with cocoa, 

Pre-workout ezek with pb/cc/jelly, and coffee, water            150 calories /7 grams protein                       Breakfast 2 eggs burger                                                         250 calories 40g protein                              lunch salad with artichoke, cottage cheese, pickles, hots       350 calories 20g protein                           snack apple, orange, 3 pieces cheese, granola                         200 calories                                                 dinner 1/2 roll, deli meat, slice cheese, mayo, pickles. avocado   400 calories  18g protein                     plus  taco meat with sour cream                                                      200 calories and 20g

1550 calories 105g protein 

I did not have any protein in my salad at lunch. I was starving but could only find little pieces of cheese and granola in the faculty room. I ate it knowing that it would not satisfy me. I came home and ate a sandwich. 

Workout 1 warm-up mobility, 10x20 speed with recovery, cool down run with Shadow 4miles. Workout 2 walked at school came home and walked 20 minutes with the dogs. over 20k steps. Feeling bloated and icky because I had too much coffee today, but I am ready to have more. Nope I stuffed my face with taco meat and sour cream. All good and ready for bed. 

It was a good day. My students did their work in relate quiet, and after school was MYOB work time. We are getting close to the end, so there are plenty of house keeping things to do. Up early to get my 45 minute run, that is at least 4 miles. This morning I did not take Shadow and it seemed to be ok so I will give it a go tomorrow.
