Wednesday -Thursday

 Woke up at 4:45 am laid in bed until 5am then up to get my coffee and bagel. Ready to run by 5:25

15 minute warm up, I did flossing and mobility around the house then out for about 9 minutes with shadow. To the track for speed workout. 3x5 min at 6:40 pace I hit them all. It was .75 in 5 min. Followed by 6x30 seconds fast I did not pay attention to time but it was like 6 minute pace. 15 minute cool down, shower, protein coffee shake and to work. 

Breakfast 1/2 bagel dug out with PB/CC and coffee before run            350 calories 5g protein

Protein shake with fair life milke                                                             175 calories 30g protein 

Lunch 3 sausage, veggies, bobo,                                                            460 calories 35g protein 

Dinner 3 eggs -1 yolk 1/2 bagel and pb                                                  500 calories 22g protein 

1/2 burger snack                                                                                         300 calories and 25g

1700 calories and 117g protein 


did it all. I am totally exhausted. 

Thursday

Up at 5:15 after only 7.5 hours of sleep I made coffee and got out for a walk with the dogs. I think it was about 2 miles with another 2 miles after school. I just feel exhausted and tired plus a little cranky. I need some rest but tomorrow is another early morning. 

Picture done, workout 1 done, meal done and off to school. 

Breakfast bacon and eggs and toast with CC                                450 calories and 26g protein 

lunch ground pork & burger taco wrap with mozz                       650 calories and 42 protein 

dinner 2 bread, lunch meat, mayo, burger, cheese                        800 calories and 40 g protein 

1900 calories and 108 protein something like this

We do not have any food in the house so I am a little desperate with meals. Not enough good stuff.
