Week 7 Tuesday Day 44-45 Milestones

 Tuesday

I am exhausted from a hard workout plus lift followed by a long run followed by yesterday's surprise sprints. My legs need a break. Today is sorta easy...I need to figure out drivers, groups, etc for our field trip. I pray that I have completed all the proper steps. How do I know for sure? 

Breakfast      canadian bacon, 2 eggs, ezek with cc/jelly                     300 calories/27g protein              lunch yogurt, granola, berries, chicken salad, pickles                         450 calories/35g protein                snack yogurt cheesecake pudding, english muffin pb/butter              250ncalories /15g protein                    dinner wrap, 1/2#burger, ketchup, mustard                                         630 calories 44g protein

total calories 1630 calories and 121 g protein 

I guess I had to stuff my face to stave off any cravings that typically occur when I am too tired to think and act right. Ripper getting away last night followed by me at 1am searching for him in the car left me exhausted this morning. I got in my 45 min walk with Shadow (2.5 miles) plus another mile and some exercises until I decided to crush dinner and a Non alcoholic margarita. I stuffed myself. At least it ended by 5:30. I am now showered and lazy waiting for everyone to come home from wherever they are. 

Wednesday 

I have a ton of things that need to be done but not into the planning or the sitting to get it done. However I did get up after 7.5 sleep and get out to do my strides workout. It was a cool morning but that is workout 1 done. 

Breakfast- fat toast cc/jelly and 2 eggs-1yolk                        300 calories 15g protein                                   lunch protein pudding/berries, tuna and salad                       425  calories /40g protein                         snack homemade bread and CC espresso                               230 calories 5g protein                                   dinner chicken, a few pieces orange chicken and rice          600 calories and 60g protein                      post dinner 2 strawberries, ezek, cc and espresso                  130 calories and 6g protein

1700 calories and 126 g protein 

I sure feel like I have eaten way more than 1700 calories. Perhaps 2000. I was pretty hungry today and the bread satisfied my craving. I am down to 30-1 days. Just stay focused and keep moving. 

5am workout 12x20second fast stride with warm up and cool down. 3.5 miles plus mobility, then walk 2 miles with dogs after school. Total steps=21000. Not a bad day. 

Oh yea I got my contract for next year. The tide is turning and now I will be grateful for my job because everything is getting more expensive for us.
