Weekend 5 Day 34&35
I finally went to the bathroom this morning. Keep incorporating fiber and metamucil until I get back to regular BM. I will have to wait to do my run until things settle.
Sleep-about 8 hours. The guys came home from their lacrosse game excited about the win and wanting to share their success. It was a battle, but they came out on top. It got me thinking about watching Tucker play and that we may only have another year of games. It is with mixed emotions that I watch him play. Part of me is waiting for him to explode or afraid he will explode. Had I not been on the sidelines for that game when he was hyperventilating, I might not feel this way. But I did and I do. Today is a progression run with the last 10 minutes at 6:30 pace! That is probably not going to happen. Followed by a gym sesh with heavy shit. Monday begins the running group at Crossfit. I am looking forward to it and to learning about Crossfit. I think the comraderie would be great. The sun is coming out and I should get out there.

Maybe an overestimation but that's ok about 1800 calories/160 protein
Progression run-I am going to be slow tomorrow. I actually hit the paces pretty close on this run. Usually my easy pace is 10min but this morning I started it at 9 and that made the adjustment. Next time I have a progression run start out at 7 and bring it down slowly. Hamstring is feeling some pain.
5 min mobility, 20 min warm up at 9:00-9:30 pace, 10 min hard (started out under pace, hit pace and faded in the 2nd half 1.4 miles for 7:10ish pace) After my run (5 miles total) I headed to the gym. Mostly lower body lifts-RDL, Deadlift, ham curl, cossack stretch.
Sunday almost 9 hours of sleep with 2.5 of REM. Got up made coffee, ate half my breakfast, read my devotional, got dressed, did my 5 min warm-up then out the door with the dogs. Super slow 30 minutes. The dogs were peeing on every tree and it was pouring rain. Returned with the

Tiffany plate 2 sausage, cottage cheese, veggies 400 calories/35g protein
Daves everything bagel with scallion cream cheese 400 calories 10g protein
That is enough for today.
