Saturday Day 69

 Progression run

I slept in and got about 8.5 hours of sleep. egg-cottage cheese pancakes with syrup 25g protein 350 calories

1-.68 @ 7.19 w/Shadow                .57@8.47 with Shadow sniffing everything

2-.66@7:31 w/Shadow                  .63@ 7.55 still with Shadow being a stinker

3-.69@7:18                                    .71@7.00 nice on the road with good open stride

4-.72@6:56                                    .61@8:14 in the trails, dirt path 

5-.70@7:09                                .70@7.06 on the road, felt good flying along past the fairground

6-.67@7:30                                .56@ 8:58 ran into a large puddle and had to stop to get around it 

I was extremely tired and it was muggy out. My hamstring still has a little pull in it. Despite not feeling ready for a speed workout, I got it done with decent results. I am happy to negative split the workout:) I did a better job of starting my run a little before the beeper sounded so I was already moving. Last week I was happy
