Sunday Day 63 on 13 more to go
I can believe it has been 63 days because it feels like I have been doing this a long time and I am tired. Although I got 8 hours of sleep, I woke up sore and tired. Up at 5 am and laid there enjoying my comfortable bed for another 30 minutes. I fed the dogs and got my coffee brewing.
Breakfast coffee, 3 eggs-1 yolk, dug out asiago bagel, cc 400 calories/25g protein note asiago bagels are 360cal/18g protein digging out the center saves about 100 calories!
Lunch 2 eggs, black beans, wrap, cheese (110/6) 360 calories 26g protein
Snack salad and chicken salad with evoo 300 calories 30g protein
Dinner chicken, wrap, beans, cheese 450 calories 35g protein
protein pudding 200 calories 15g protein
about 1800 calories 130 g protein
I have been so hungry. Could it be the apple cider vinegar pills?
I got my first workout-around campus and up jockey cap with the dogs, then home and lift at the gym I was so tired and exhausted that I just couldn't do anything. My brain has been locked. I am frustrated about our current money situation, just as it seems to get better with raises the cars die and we have increased expenses. I just want to go out to eat, play pickleball and drink good wine. Speaking of wine...Tucker has a game next Friday on my last day of 75 hard so what will I do? I guess wait and see if it is home or away and then decide what to do.
I also want to learn more about the mediterranean diet. It seems like lots of veggies, beans, and evoo.
