Thoughts on 75 hard

 I have read that some people feel amazing and indestructible when they finish the challenge. Well...that's not me right now. I am tired of this somewhat isolated living. My schedule for the past 68 days is as follows:

5am or around that time- get up, breakfast then walk or run. 

6:30 quick shower, get ready, pack food, eat if not already

7:10 to work



I skipped a few mornings early on but, later, especially with lacrosse season and schedule, I had to get at least one workout done in the morning. The hot weather made morning workouts even more important. Another thing I liked is doing my 

No alcohol. I know that it has been really good for my health both mental and physical. The week or two before 75 hard I began to pay more attention to my intake. Rather than sitting around the TV drinking all night, I began to shut off at 7pm. It takes so much work just to live. That is how I feel at times. There is so much thought to not drinking.
