Tuesday June 3 Day 65

10 days remaining. Yesterday we had a celebration for Tucker's birthday. I made steak, potatoes, sweet potatoes, salad and asparagus. They all had cupcakes and ice cream while I cleaned up the dinner dishes. It was a good day. 
Tuesday-I woke up early thinking about my speed workout. I have been exhausted lately and did not look forward to the 10 minutes of speed for today's progression run. I did it anyway. Garmin had me running a 6:40-6:49 pace but I was happy to hit under 7 (6:59) I felt like I was working really hard. 
Warm up with Shadow 2 miles plus mobility
10 min at 6.59 pace =1.43 miles then cool down
It was a cool morning. My hamstring was feeling a little tight and I felt tired and slow. Happy that I got just under 7 pace. 
Day was good. I had the 6th grade come up for step up and my classes just worked on a project. Came home and walked the dogs took campbell for D and D then watched the lacrosse game v Wells which the guys won.

Came home walked another 1 mile with the dogs so Ripper could go to the bathroom. Then home for 3 eggs and potatoes.                                                                                                                    200/18g

Not as anxious but I am thinking that the coffee is setting me up for panic attacks. I have to chill on it. Probably going to throw it away
